Earlier I saw a few older people putting fist sized rocks on top of a bunch of flyers/magazines at Ueno park, near the “big horn” (?) sculpture. Anyone know what that is? Google is turning up nothing but I’m also not very fluent in Japanese yet, so I can only google in English. TIA!
