Hi, I’m currently in Tokyo with my friend and we’re going to be leaving for Kyoto on Friday, I checked out the SmartEx website to reserve some seats with oversized baggage area (we absolutely need this) and I was about to reserve when I noticed that the reservation says Tokyo Dept -> Hakata Dest even when we’re supposed to be going to Kyoto, is this normal? Also how I’m supposed to use the reservations when I’m done with them? I linked my IPhone Suica to the website, is just using the Suica to access or I have to show the reservation?
