Hello! Hope you’re having a nice day! :\^)
I would like to ask you guys a few questions in regards to eikaiwas.
I hear that they are usually a bit better than bottom-of-the-barrel jobs, but are still quite useful to get a foot in the door, coming to work and live in Japan.
Which eikaiwa company do you think is the best? Why is it (or not) AEON? Are these companies hard to get employed by (if you meet all criteria of course) if you are not an Anglo national and is there a sizeable competition? What about AEON? Lastly, what are your experiences with eikaiwas? Are they the nightmare people make them out to be, or is it just ESID in general?
Before you say becoming an ALT as a JET is 100% what I should rather opt for, I can’t get an Instructor visa as I lack the requirements (non-anglo), only a Specialist in Humanities visa (because of my relevant BA).
Any and all answers and opinions are much appreciated!! :\^)
