Hello everyone. I will be retiring in a few years and moving on to consulting and other contract-based work.
Would it be allowable for my adult child (Japanese citizen) to create a company as the 100% shareholder owner, who then hires me for the various jobs. Payment would go to the company that my child owns and I would receive a monthly salary and work related expenses.
