Hi – Do you know if there will be any issues forwarding luggage to a condo building in Tokyo with a 24 hour staff? I have the address in English. Should I also have it in Japanese?
I see folks mostly sending to hotels, so I wanted to check before I relied on this. Once I land in Haneda, I’m planning to forward my big suitcase with goodies for my friend to her condo building. That suitcase will be for my family’s souvenirs and I really don’t need a new suitcase. I won’t be arriving at my friend’s condo until a week later.
