Moving to Japan as a Senior or Junior specialist in Cybersecurity

Hello everyone! I am seeking for some rational advice or just for some mental support, because these days my mind is kinda foggy.

I’m a f22, working in Prague with Kazakh nationality. I’ve been wanting to move to Japan for about 4 years now, but each year I kept postponing it for one reason or another. I’ve completed my bachelor’s (in business) in Prague and I thought about getting my masters in Japan. But then I thought it would be better to get some job experience first. I’ve worked as a recruiter for 2 years, and now I managed to change my job for cybersecurity, where I work for half a year now. My current manager is not that pleasant as all the managers I used to work with before, which leads me to think to change my job once I get my one year of work experience. Giving all that, I again remembered my dream of moving to Japan. I’m considering applying for mext from my government, but honestly speaking I don’t think I would make it, therefore I’m thinking of applying to different jobs in cybersecurity there.

Realistically speaking, what are my chances to get a job (with relocation) considering the job market in Japan for cybersecurity juniors rn? Are they even going to consider me if I have only 6 months of work experience, no tech education and N5 level of Japanese? And will they consider me in half a year, when my work experience would be 1 year + let’s say N4 of jlpt? Is it even a bad direction of thoughts that I’m having rn and should I just sit still for 3 years until I become senior and only then try to move? Or maybe you have some complete different suggestions? Please feel free to share your thoughts and recommendations
