Does anyone have salon recommendations that do biab/builder gel. Foreigner friendly preferably! If possible please include the salon/artist name or instagram handle, thanks!
Note: GEL-X is a bit different from builder gel, but open to those too if BIAB is not a thing in Japan. Also open to any locations, using info to build itinerary 🙂
