Anyone working there as software engineer? How’s working culture there? The job description and career page says that they seem to do development using English, but I’m not sure what this means outside development. If it’s possible, I’d like to avoid traditional Japanese culture in workplace. I’ve searched using LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed, but there’s no review nor people I know working there.
