Honestly I’d try it if it wasn’t too expensive. I have a massive Asian store near me and they have a pretty poor selection of traditonal soy sauce. They have kikkoman and the variants most of the time and a bunch of clearly cheap brands but no yamasa or other brands
If you don’t mind, can you describe the difference in flavor of this soy sauce vs generic? Ik describing flavor isn’t the easiest thing but I am interested
