Otoro & akami maguro, spicy tuna, red snow crab, tamagoyaki, cucumber, avocado, daikon sprouts and shiso.

Anyone know what this dish is? She said the bean is called Go and the soup is Goziru…

Simmered crab brain with a dry white wine. Love it
