Does Japan have direct deposit credits from the government from filing tax returns?

For example in Canada, even when you file your tax return with an income of $0, you will still get deposits into your bank accounts for credit initiatives such as Carbon offset Credit, Provincial Energy Credit, GST/HST credit, etc. Does Japan have anything similar to this? So far, apart from 給付金 during covid and those handed out to 非課税 households, the only other support i’ve seen is premium shopping coupons handed out by the municipality you live in. For example: pay 4000¥ at the post office for 10,000¥ in coupons to use basically anywhere in your city/municipality.

Edit: Not asking about the ability to receive direct deposits or whether this system is in place, but rather asking about what credit initiatives the government offers similar to the example I provided.
