I have a question, me and my wife are going to Tokyo in the middle of September. The plan is to try to see as much as possible when we are there for 3 weeks. I thought we’d try to live as cheaply as possible to spend the money on traveling around and not just being in Tokyo in the meantime. But do you have to book hotels, air bnbs or hotels in advance or can you book when we landed in Tokyo? My worst thought is that we will be without accommodation once we are there.
