I’m a Sri Lankan student currently studying software engineering as an undergraduate. I have a deep passion for Japanese culture and language, and I’m determined to fulfill my dream of visiting Japan by July 2025. As part of my journey, I’m diligently preparing for the N3 Japanese proficiency exam, hoping to sit for it this July.
Despite having Japanese friends, I’m seeking advice from the Reddit community on what else I need to prepare for my journey to Japan. Are there any specific cultural aspects, language nuances, or practical tips that I should be aware of? Additionally, I’m curious if there are any opportunities for students like me to visit Japan before 2025 through exchange programs, internships, or other avenues.
