Hello! I suffer from chronic daily pain and would like to take my pain medication with me to Japan (Oxycodone). I have done research and it appears i need to send in a form with my medication details and flight info etc. My question is,
1) After I send in this form, do I wait for them to respond with an approval or denial?
2) Also, it says that my doctor has to fill out a medication certificate as well. Does anyone have an example of a medication certificate so I can show my doctor what I need?
3) Lastly, I am going on a cruise in JP that ends in Taiwan. I am then taking a flight from Taiwan back to Tokyo to extend my trip a few days. Do i also need to fill out another medication form to be able to bring in the medication from Taiwan?
