A few friends and I are going to Tokyo in May and are staying in Shibuya! We are wondering what the best hotels are in Shibuya for views and nice meals or bars. We are going for a social time in Tokyo. And we are hoping to take a thousand photos at night while in Tokyo. Any suggestions are appreciated thank you!
