Ok so background first, I and my family will be going to Osaka from March 14 – 20… There are a few things we want to do like amusment parks, shopping of course just leisure activities
First thing that came into my mind was Universal Studios Japan. We were unable to secure tickets that had timeslots so we went regular studio pass since Express pass were expensive as hell. So my questions are the FF.

* What day would Universal Studio Japan be the best to visit to avoid highly crowded people
* Is face mask still required in japan? Just a question since here in my country its not mandatory
* How early do we need to be in order to get into Super Mario World. And Harry Potter
Anyways outside of Universal Studio, I want to personally go clothes shopping and electronic. Might even get myself an Oikawa Sweater. I have 11k budgeted for this.
* What is the best place in Osaka to buy clothes for cheap since 11k yen I don’t thats a lot in japan might be wrong
* Is uniqlo cheaper here if yes should i buy there?
* Can you reccommend any store for like lets say tomica, action figures, electronics game boy?
Last question is there a chance to see snowfall in March as I heard there is skeeing mountain near. So if it does snow, ill no longer go to the mountain
