Are children’s IC cards currently available at Narita?

Hi kind friends, our family’s visiting this week, my wife and I are going to use our iPhones’ Apple Wallets for our IC cards but we’re trying to figure out how to manage for our 11 year old. I saw today’s thread about IC cards being unavailable at Narita, does anyone if that is also true for children’s cards? And apologies, I searched through the JR Pass/IC card thread for March but didn’t see an answer, or anything else with this info in the sub. Thanks in advance for any intel!!!
