Sorry, I’m not living in Japan but and have a question for locals like yourselves, because various travel communities haven’t been able to answer it.
During an upcoming vacation in Tokyo I plan volunteering some of my free time to pick up litter in Tokyo, likely Ueno where I’m staying. Where can I take the litter I’ve picked up? It’d be during the day time. Could I bring a bag of litter to one of the police boxes?
