Hi all. Long time lurker, first time poster. I need your /r/Japanlife superpowers for this one.
I’m looking to upsize, and I recently found a winner of a home, currently for rent.
Showa chic. Picturesque country hamlet. Surrounded by forest walking tracks. Perfect mountain view. 5man rent. Chef’s kiss.
Only problem? The walls are crumbling… Everywhere. ([Link to picture of a representative wall, and its many crumbs](https://imgur.com/a/fZpq6cG).)
Built in 1972.
Anyone know if my family and I going to die from mesothelioma if we sign the rental contract and move in?
Yoroshiku 🙏🙏🙏
