Will be headed to Hokkaido for 7 days and wanted to see if I could optimize anything or swap anything out for something else. Would public transit be feasible or is a car recommended for my below itinerary?
Current alternative that I was thinking, ditch Hakodate and rent a car to explore Cape Kamui and some other area? But what else is nice/recommended in late May to see in Hokkaido?
