Not sure if everyone knew this already but if you like watching japanese Vtubers but find their speech too difficult to parse, try watching clips from clipping channels. They almost always edit on subtitles, and having human made transcripts of the video is super helpful.
Try searching the name of a vtuber or vtuber agency with 切り抜き(きりぬき) which means clip or まとめ which is used for compilations of clips.
This opened up a really fun way of native-level immersion for me that even my instant-gratification-craving ADHD brain can get behind in the morning, so I hope it helps!
