Hey! My family and I are going to Japan in early April and I wanted some advice on how to plan out our time in Kyoto.
I generally have in mind some places we’d like to go, but I’m not sure how to divide it into 3 days / ways to get around. We are staying near Kyoto Imperial Palace.
Heres what I have in mind:
\- Kiyomizu Dera
\- Fushimi Inari
\- Arashiyama Bamboo Forest
\- Kinkaku-ji
\- Yasaka Pagoda area
\- Any recommendations for geisha tea ceremonies/Kimono renting?
Any other site/food recommendations appreciated!
One day we are planning to take the shinkansen to Hiroshima to see Itsukushima Jinja, so I assume that will take up a whole day. Is a Nara day trip possible? Thank you so much!
