I used to live for quite a few years in Japan, and moved back to Europe 7 years ago. My wife wishes to move back to start our family in Japan and who am I to deny her wishes.
However, since then my financial situation changed quite a lot and is fairly complicated.
For once, I managed to save some money while working in Europe, about 1+M EUR which are currently parked in stocks/ETFs.
The more probably complicated thing is that I own a company providing project management services for web3 companies with me as the the only employee (my national laws required me to set it up this way). For my services I am usually reimbursed in USDC-crypto that I then move to my private bank accounts using crypto exchanges and pay tax via company tax filings.

From what I understand, banks haven’t changed much in the last few years and are especially averse to anything related to crypto. Therefore I would prefer to keep my company registered in Europe as well as keeping my stocks/ETFs in Europe while paying taxes in Japan, while still working from Japan.
I want to be 120% sure on the legal side so I want to speak to a professional the next time I go to Japan (probably in early summer). Initially I will probably be there with a spouse visa while applying for a permanent visa. Who can I talk to in Tokyo about my questions, and even better, are there any recommendations of tax consultants?
