At home in the US I put my credit card in the chip reader as soon as they’ve scanned the first item. I’ve already put it back in my wallet by the time they’re done.
Does Suica also work like this, and the transaction will go through as soon as they total it? Or do you have to wait?
I just don’t want to be standing around like an idiot when I was expected to be done with it already.
