Hi all,
I’ve bought the Hakone Free pass as well as a Romancecar Ticket that departs Shinjuku at 7:37am tomorrow.
However, I do not have any physical ticket. The freepass is a QR code from Klook and the Romancecar purchase is just a confirmation email.
How do I actually board and go through the gates? If I use a Suica card, wouldn’t I just he charged the whole fare for the Romancecar again?
How do I enter Shinjuku and board without buying anything other than just the Romancecar and Freepass purchase that I have?
