Leaving my Job to transition to self employment. What should I tell immigration?

So, as the title suggests I’ll be leaving my current job within the next few months and registering as 個人事業主.
I already have several places secured with contracts currently being created from April/ May. They are all within the same field of work so I’ve been informed that I don’t need to register for ” Activities outside my Visa”.

With regards to notifying immigration to my change in work statues would I simply just give them the details of one of my new contracts? First time doing this, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
