Is it worth it for a first-year Medical Technology (MedTech) student to transfer to Japan to continue my studies?

Hello! I have an aunt who lives in Japan, and she’s the one who pays for my tuition fees here in the Philippines. There’s a school near my city where tuition fees are inflating every semester. However, I don’t find the quality of teaching there to be satisfactory. My aunt is concerned about my safety, which is why she prefers that I study close to home and commute daily instead of staying in a dorm in Manila, where there are more opportunities.

My original plan was to complete my four-year course here, obtain my license, and then pursue work in Japan. However, I know that there are differences in teaching between Japan and the Philippines, so I’m considering transferring to a university in Japan earlier in my college years. This way, I can adapt to the Japanese education system and language, allowing me to seamlessly transition into the workforce after graduation.
