Apologies if this has been asked before or been asked repeatedly
I’m looking for some good places to go during the day to study and possibly have the chance to strike up a conversation with other Osaka residents. Cafes, restaurants etc. are okay
If possible, would just like an international place with good atmosphere to study for awhile and maybe say hi to people
City center is ideal but willing to explore. The best places are usual secrets but if you’re willing to share (even via PM) it would be greatly appreciated
