Do you guys know if there are legal bicycle parking lots in Shinsaibashi/Namba area where I have to just pay into a machine?
Been into main Shinsaibashi/Namba area a few times but didn’t really see a legal bike park.
Searched in Japanese and just found an old map where you cannot park your bike.
