Flying to the States with Starlux

I just noticed that there’s an Taiwanese airline called Starlux offering flights from Tokyo to San Francisco this year with a 3-4hrs transfer in Taipei and pretty reasonable prices (including 2 checked baggages). They also offer flights to Seattle and LA.

Has anyone ever traveled with them? Any recommendations?
