We went to Japan last year and he proposed in Kobe. Hence why we thought it would be nice to include Kioto/Kobe in this planning. Last year we went to the main cities (Tokyo/Osaka/Kyoto/Sapporo/Hiroshima) and for our honeymoon we would like to visit some other places. We left out some major spots in Kyoto and Tokyo because we already went there last year.
Any recommendations for rural places around Hakone/Fujikawaguchiko? Another option is to skip Nagoya and rent the car for a few more days to visit some rural places in that region.
Do you think this will feel a bit too rushed?
