So today, after boiling some wakame seaweed for a few minutes, I noticed these white hair like structures on the seaweed–They are almost like leeches, since one end of the hair is attached to the seaweed, while the rest can move freely based on the flow of water around it.
It is quite a sight and I definitely lost my appetite… Anyone have any idea what this is?
