Looking for local assistance with selling a laptop

Short story; I’m traveling and my laptop was damaged by liquid and had to be sent off for a lengthy repair, so I bought a Japanese Microsoft Surface Go 3 from Edion to use in the short term.

I now have my own laptop back and want to sell the Surface, but I don’t have valid ID to do so via Rakuul. I tried walking into a Book Off, but they wouldn’t engage at all.

The laptop is less than 1 month old and I have the receipts and box, purchase price was ¥132,000. I would like to engage a local to take it off my hands or assist with selling it, happy to take a reduced price and share a commission. I’d prefer to avoid wading into Mercari if possible.
