Sushi day! 🤤

Made sushi vinegar from scratch, toppimgs include cured mackerel, sugar & combu cured whitefish, kingcrab leg, avocado, pan fried vanamei shrimp, salmon roe, and fresh wasabi. Etc. Rice is koshibuki, really loving the taste of it all 🙂
