Trying to figure out well in advance how to acquire an IC card and the information about whether you can or can’t get an IC card at the airport seems a bit all over the place.
We are landing on the 21st, then plan to spend the night in Tokyo and then move on to Osaka the next day via shinkansen.
What’s our best option here? Buy tickets directly for the first day and shinkansen, then get an IC card in Osaka? Or is there an easy to reach location from Narita that we can get an IC card from?
Have android phones so apple wallet isn’t an option
