How crowded is mid-April, like April 9-22nd? Trying to avoid the Golden Week rush and the Cherry Blossom crowds if possible.
I understand that the big cities are just generally crowded – I’m fine with that. But in general, is this a decent time to visit?
EDIT: Planning on visiting Tokyo and Kyoto and doing some touristy stuff (Disney, TeamLabs, Skytree, etc.)
