are there translators/interpreters for the meet-and-greet events?

sorry if this is the wrong place to post this!! lmk if i should move it/take it down, but:

i have a ticket for the suzuki meet-and-greet in portland this sunday to get an autograph, but i can count the amount of japanese non-loan words i know on one hand. i wanna reduce communicating struggle as much as possible, so i’d like to know if they tend to bring translators for these kinds of events, or if it’s kind of up to the visitors? i know people will bring out google translate sometimes to communicate, too, but i’d like to avoid that if i can
