I used to live in Seattle where it would be rainy most of the time, and I would never think the rain could have such a strong effect on my body, but after moving to Tokyo, rainy days take a huge toll on my body.
I wake up extremely tired, body feels completely weighed down, pressure on my ears and head, the absolute works. At work I see the same people call in 体調不良 when it rains so it’s definitely not just me.
Is there anything I can do to counteract this phenomenon?
