Hello. I have an online beginner adult student who wants to learn English mainly as a hobby and maybe for travel. I’ve seen Passport recommended here, but I’d like something that also has general English and is not heavy on grammar. Something light and easy that doesn’t have too much text on the page to scare the student. It’s OK if it’s from a Japanese publisher. Does anyone have any ideas? The class is one-on-one, so something we can do online without too many group activities. Thank you for your help!
