Out of the blue I came across a 12-year-old reddit post from this subreddit about this book series for self-studying called Japanese in Mangaland, and the author’s name seemed to ring a bell – Marc Bernabé.
At a bookshop I saw his name on another book series called Learn Japanese with Manga (a newer series I think, compared to Japanese in Mangaland); and I’m wondering for those of you familiar with both book series what’s the key differences between the two and which is better for use?
