Questions regarding HSP permanent visa points

Greetings! I am planning to eventually get a permanent residency Visa in japan in 1-3 years. Currently I am looking at this calculator https://japanprcalculator.com/ as well as the official ministry and I have some questions:

These are my plans for now:

-I will finish University next year with 27 years, and get a master with 28-29 (depending on how long it takes). That would be 20 points.

-I am also trying to get N1, which would be 15 points. 35 total.

-Age while optimistically I would make it in just under 30 years, I will count it as 30-34 just to be safe. So 45 points total. Making me need 25 more 45 more points.

-I currently have no work experience, however I am job hunting right now which would put me at 3 years by the time I am 29. My question is, does the work experience refer to experience working in Japan, or just work experience in any country works?

-I am planning in doing my master in Japan. Would doing my master there give me 10 points for being graduated in a japanese university, and doing it in a “highly reputable university” there give me another 10 for a total of 20, or does that work only for a bachelor degree (which I am doing neither in Japan (though I will go to an exchange program in my last semester, but that shouldn’t count) nor is my university on the list of highly reputable ones) and not for a master’s degree.

-If I got it right. Doing a master in a “different field” after I finish one should give me another 5 points, correct?

-I also don’t know what “Japanese National Qualifications” licenses refer to.

What would be some time-effective ways to grind points that are in my reach?

My career is English philology if that matters.
