Question for anyone familiar with the disability book (障害者手帳). I will be moving back to the United States in a few months and was wondering what procedures I would have to go through to get recognition of my disability Stateside. Has anyone done this before? Is there a formal procedure for the US coming from another country like Japan? TIA
