I recently purchased the SunQ pass for all of Kyushu. It said online that I should be able to reserve express bus seats in advance for free because of the pass.
However, all of the bus reservation websites will not let me reserve tickets without paying up front.
There doesn’t seem to be anywhere to input SunQ information etc.
Am I doing something wrong? Is there a way I can book express busses online using my SunQ pass?
