So this is kind of quick one I guess. I am allergic to peanuts. I have been to Japan twice now and the allergy kept me from exploring new food and I mostly stuck to Sushi and Ramen. For my trip this year I want to try a lot of new stuff and I am kinda worried about getting an allergic reaction.
My question is: Is peanut (in any form) a normal component in the japanese cuisine or am I worried for no reason?
