Can I ride a train in Kyushu after running? (And therefore being very sweaty)

I’m living in Kumamoto right now, and I’d like to get out of town to do some trail running (there’s great spots in town but naturally, eventually you want some different scenery). I don’t have a car, so it means taking the train from my place out of town, and then after running, taking the train back. Since it’ll probably take me a few hours to run, I’d be heading back around noon. At that time I will most certainly be very sweaty, and likely not smelling very good. Is it fine to take the train, or should I find some way to clean up before heading back? I’ll be getting off in a more rural area, so I’m not confident there will be any super convenient way to clean up before heading back
