September Japan Trip

Hi Everyone,

Feeling alittle overwhelmed with planning our September trip to japan. Looking to do 2 weeks. Appreciate the input. We arent huge museum people. Would love to see a mix of nature and common tourist spots but dont have a desire to hit all of them. We also love to eat but it dosent need to be the focus.

Suggest flying into tokyo

Arrive Tokyo – Sleep/get dinner

Tokyo (hoping to get tickets to the sumo wrestling tournament one of these days) / explore /

Tokyo explore

Tokyo leave to fujikawaguchiko – get breakfest/lunch in the morning and take the train right after lunch – check in and get dinner

Fujikawagucho (bike day) – rent bikes and explore

Fujikawgucho hike day – wake up early and hike mt fiji

Bullet Train to Kyoto – sleep in and take train to kyoto mid day

Kyoto – explore (Fushimi inari shrine, nishiki market, philosphers path, kabuki theatre, goin district) – wont be heart broken if we dont do it all

Kyoto to Sapporo

Sapporo (hoping to catch autumn fest, ishiya chocolate facotry, kaitaku-mura, chitosesuru sake museum, nijo market, mount moiwa at night)

Jozankei Onsen day trip – not set on this could do onsen in fujikawagucho

Sapporo – explore

Tokyo – flight to tokyo to go home or could fly directly our of sapporo

leave and go home

Thought about fitting in Osaka since we are so close in Kyoto but im not sure its worth it/our vibe thoughts?
