3. Gosh, the difference between good and meh/bad uni is like night and day. And then if you visit Hokkaido, the good stuff is relatively inexpensive and everywhere.

4. I’ve only had it once, here in the states, would only try it again in Japan. I found it to be quite wretched.

5. I’ve never had good uni… I remember it tasting like pennies
