Contract ending soon. Survival strategy?

Hey all, I’m new to reddit and new to this forum so please excuse me if I am accidentally breaking any rules (I did read them though!)

So back in November 22 I moved to Nagano to work for a ski school as Head instructor. Work/life balance was great so I stayed, I got my wife and 4 year old to come as dependents last autumn. This season I got promoted as Head of operations but my contract will end in end of may and resume again in November. Between June and October, I will have no income but I managed to save up just shy of 2 million yen so far this winter season.
I think I should find a low-income part time job to keep me busy to the very least but my skilled labor visa wouldn’t allow that since I am only allowed to instruct and manage the company instructors.

So should I contact hello work?

Some facts to help us out with a plan:
I make average about 500,000Â¥/month,
I live rent-free all year, no utility costs.
Our expenses are between 50k to 80k a month.
I will continue working for the ski school next season too.
My skilled labor expires in December 2024 but will be renewed before then.

We will be tremendously thankful helping us think about a plan. Many thanks!
