My friend (huge car guy) asked me to bring him an old Japanese license plate as he collects. Last time I was in Okinawa, my local friend said I probably couldn’t… but I’m going again in August and I’m gonna try and be persistent if there is a possibility.
Where in Tokyo/Osaka/Okinawa could I find one to bring home? I know the government is stricter about returning them but there’s gotta be somewhere, right?
