I recently discovered that my former employer failed to pay my Koyou Hoken (employment insurance) after my departure. Now, my current employer is requesting my Koyou Number. With over three years of tenure at my previous workplace, I’m seeking advice on the best course of action to rectify this situation. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
